Spin the Wheel to Win – Terms and Conditions

This “Spin the Wheel to Win” contest is organized by Vedaearth Lounge. By participating in this Contest, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility:

To participate in this Contest, you must: (a) Be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India. (b) Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. (c) Be a female participant, as the contest is exclusively for women. (d) Have valid proof of identity and age, such as a PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Indian Passport. (e) Employees of Vedaearth Lounge, their immediate family members, affiliates, advertising agencies, and associated vendors are not eligible to participate.

Details of the contest and how to enter:

To enter, participants must visit Vedaearth Lounge, access the “Spin the Wheel” activity, and spin the wheel.
Each participant will get only one spin during the Contest Period.
The wheel consists of different prize categories. Based on the result of the spin, participants can claim their prize, subject to the terms mentioned below.

Prizes:

Each segment of the wheel will have an exciting offer, including discounts on spa treatments, free services, or exclusive vouchers.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative prize in case of unavailability.

Prize claim process:

You can show the screenshot of the prize you have won at any of the nearest Vedaearth Lounge branches to claim the prize.
Winners may need to provide valid identification for verification before claiming their prize.
If a winner fails to claim their prize within the specified period, their eligibility will be forfeited.

By entering the Contest, you consent to be added to the Vedaearth Lounge mailing list for promotional updates, exclusive offers, and event information. You may update your email preferences or opt-out at any time.

General terms & conditions:

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the Contest will result in disqualification.
The Organizer is not responsible for any technical errors, network issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect participation.
Participants agree to allow the Organizer to use their names and images for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

Liability release:

By participating, you release the Organizer from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the Contest, including but not limited to personal injuries, losses, or property damage.
